  Parents, it’s time to take a well-deserved break and reconnect with yourself. Join us for an immersive Sound Meditation experience designed to bring balance, inner peace, and overall well-being.

  What to Expect: Guided Sound Meditation hosted by Gabrielle Saunders @ruveildesignhouse: Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs help release tension and calm your nervous system. Each session is carefully crafted to help you let go of stress, find balance, and cultivate a sense of tranquility.

  Promote Deep Healing: Sound healing has been shown to support mental clarity, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to your inner self. Perfect for parents who need a moment to reset.

  Connect & Recharge: After the meditation, enjoy a warm cup of coffee and light pastries to help you feel fully nourished as you step back into your day with a clear mind and renewed energy. ☕

  Easter Crafts
  Thursday April 17th from 4-5pm

  RCC Moose Room

  Let’s have some Easter fun with three awesome crafts! Kids can decorate their own colorful paper Easter eggs, paint a yellow chick, and make their own soft bunny.

  This activity is designed for ages 1.5 - 6. Please register each child separately and ensure to register as craft supplies are planned accordingly.
