Parent's Event: Tyde Haus Sauna Session 2

We’re excited to invite RPE members to a special Tyde Haus x RPE wellness experience in Rowayton. This guided sauna bathing session offers a restorative introduction to Nordic-inspired sauna practices, with expert guidance, cool-down breaks by the sea, and time to relax and connect. A calming, social afternoon designed to recharge both body and mind.

2 Groups of 10 people each

Session 1: Starting at 12:45pm - 2:15pm

Session 2: 2:00pm - 3:30pm.
