This talk will cover: How much screen time is appropriate for preschoolers, The effects of technology on brain development, attention, and behavior, Strategies to set healthy limits and create tech-free routines, How to transition children away from screens without meltdowns, Alternatives to screen time that promote learning and social development. Parents will walk away with practical playful tools to set and maintain boundaries while fostering a balanced relationship with technology in their homes.
