Nutrition Workshop

Kristen Murray known as Mom From Scratch, hosts a workshop centered around setting up successful feeding for young kids. She'll also discuss good ideas for school lunches. Kristen is a mama of 3 and RN trained as an Ellyn Satter Affiliate. Mom from Scratch is a marriage of her training as a nurse and her personal experience feeding a family of 5 that includes an extremely picky eater. Her mission is to empower parents to raise competent eaters using a trust model. This workshop will cover common pitfalls and how to reframe the way we think as parents about our kids eating and bodies.
