Double Down is a resistance-based workout built to push similar muscle groups through superset exercises and F45’s innovative time under tension guide.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class. Bring or buy socks that cover your feet.
Guests must sign waivers. Please wear workout clothes, and bring water. Towels are provided. Street fronting in front of studio or there is free garage parking in building.
No fee. Space is limited. Please register.
