Rowayton Parents Exchange members -- join together and participate in Trash Bash on Saturday April 22nd any time from 10 - 1. Check in at the Rowayton Community Center and say you are with the Rowayton Parents Exchange and you will be assigned to the Bell Island Bridge and surrounding area.
The event is hosted by the RCA and Historic Rowayton. Get your family together, get outside, and get moving towards a cleaner planet.
Simply show up outside the community center between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and you will be provided with some gloves, a bag, (and some donuts, coffee and hot chocolate!) then hit your assigned area. Please bring all trash bags back to the Community Center so we can record how much was collected. Prizes will be awarded this year for:
We are hoping for record turnout this year, so please help us spread the word and clean up our special town. The event continues until 1 p.m. so come after Saturday sports!!
