CST50 Fitness Class and Drinks

Need a killer workout? Just us at CST50 for a new type of Pilates-based workout. This workout is specifically engineered to perform unique movements that effectively combine strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, core and balance training in 50 minutes. So why not come along to the class and test it out! After class, we can relax with some drinks at Jimmy's!
