CST 50 Megaformer Fitness Class & Sushi
Need a killer workout? Looking for a different kind of date night? Join us at CST50 for a new type of pilates-based workout. We will be put through our paces using the innovative megaformer machine. This workout is specifically engineered to perform unique movements that effectively combine strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, core and balance training in 50 minutes. So why not come along to the class and test it out! After the class we can relax with some sushi and catch up! Space is limited.
